Billing has now been re-structured so that 3, 6, and
12 month blocks all have varying levels of savings. At
these prices it most economical to renew yearly and
forget about it for the next 12 months.
In addition, clients can now go to the website and use
the shopping cart to renew their services or purchase
additional services.

Some
clients may find all these new features overwhelming,
while others would be comfortable going off and
managing their own website.
If you are
having a bit of trouble setting up your own email
addresses, or sub-domains, or FTP then clients are

Setting Up
Your Email
One of the things that has changed is the POP3 server
name in your email settings. You need to change your
settings to --
Incoming mail server (POP3) -
mail.gwebworks.com
The Outgoing mail (SMTP) server name can be left at
whatever it is at the moment.
WebMail
As one of the new features, you now have the
convenience of checking your mail from any computer
connected to the Web.
Simply go to --
http://your_domain_name/
webmail/
and log in to get your mail.
Referral
Programme is Continued
The GWW Referral Programme will continue essentially
unchanged. So pass the word along!
Web Design
and Web Hosting Discounts
As is presently offered, any new client who has a
website designed and hosted by GWW will benefit from
10% off both the web design and the initial web
hosting charges. Again, spread the word.
